importerror cant load frozen modules

用 pyinstaller 打包 exe 文件，在pyinstaller的disk目录下顺利执行，但是拷贝到桌面后，在程序执行时跳出错误：

importerror cant load frozen modules

原来是使用 pyinstaller-2.1 打包时的bug，不支持中文目录和中文名称。

解决方法有两种：

1，把生成的文件拷贝到CDE盘根目录，然后把快捷方式发送到桌面执行

2，使用 pyinstaller-2.0 或者 pyinstaller-3.0 打包。
